This is an amazing story of one woman's attempt to keep her home.

For five years (since my spouse died) I have been trying to get my mortgage company CitiMortgage, Inc., to help me, but haven't had much luck.  I am paying two-thirds of my income toward housing ($1950 for interest, and $350 toward principal), on an income of less than $40,000.
